Rules and Penalties
Substitution Rule:
U-13 thru U-19 girls and Boys
In the 1st half there is no re-entry—once a player is subbed out in the 1st half - that player can not re-enter until the start of the 2nd half.
In the 2nd half - there is 1 re-entry per player—a player can come out of the game in the 2nd half and then that player can re-enter once in the 2nd half.
Game procedure:
Ref will check all players in prior to kick-off—he will give you back your passes—then you will give him your starting 11 player passes. When you sub a player in—the player will take the pass and give it to the Asst Ref.
The player you took off can not re-enter in the 1st half. At half-time the Ref will give you back passes and the process starts all over again – however in the 2nd half you sub a player out and you want to put that player back in—you will use a sub card (that I will provide on Sat for him to re-enter the game) the player takes the sub card and gives it to the Asst Ref.
Penalty: If a player re-enters in the 1st half or 2 times in the 2nd half--- your team forfeits the game and the player and coach are suspended for 1 game each.
Why this rule? This is the current NCAA (College) Rule. We as a league want to mirror their rules so our players are prepared for the next level.
Club Home Colors:
All White—if you do not have white shorts-then wear white socks / white shirts / blue shorts.
Colors for away will be provided by Wed of game week. Away teams change in CDL
Referee Fees
Game Fees – Ages 13-19: Center $44, each line $22 & each team pays half the fees ($ 44) on game day before the game starts to the center referee.
